Dr. Hauschka cleansing cream

by / August 16, 2012 Reviews No Comments

Dr. Hauschka cleansing cream definitely does not smell like your normal facewash, nor act like it. With a strong smell resembling that of rose extract, this cleansing cream feels a little grainy and exhibits a natural brown tinge.

Upon application, the grainy texture is gentle on the skin and does not lather at all. The instructions are elaborate, encouraging the user to employ a rolling and pressing movement of hands for a while. This lets the ingredients seep into the skin, enabling them to work their magic for long periods.

It was a relief to see that the ingredient list was filled with extracts of familiar plants and flowers, as opposed to the unknown chemicals we are so used to discovering in it.

A cleansing cream that also moisturises, this is a pleasant change from dehydrating face wash that make my skin feel pulled from all sides.

Though it claims to be for all skin types, this cream is probably most useful especially for dry and/or sensitive skin.
